If Borini is happy to stay and be a squad player, and can contribute from that role great, I think we'll have decent cover up front, that said if someone offers what we paid we'd be mad not to at least consider it.

I'm not convinced he would be happy to be a bit part player at his age. I think that's his agent just keeping his options open if a decent move doesn't materialise. Sounds like he wants out to me, but is clever enough not to burn his bridges here if that doesn't happen, although I do still think he would give his all if he has to stay and fight for his place.Originally posted by Exiled_red View PostIf Borini is happy to stay and be a squad player, and can contribute from that role great, I think we'll have decent cover up front, that said if someone offers what we paid we'd be mad not to at least consider it.If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I'd take £10m, sounds like enough - we really need to off-load him for our sake and his.

We bought him from Roma, where he was doing pretty well by all accounts, then loaned him to SunderlandOriginally posted by RoboKop View Post
Didn't we pay £11m initially? Surely worth more than we bought him for?
Worth more why?
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet
