at best borini is probably 3rd choice striker or maybe 5th choice wide man.
for his fee he should be much better, so if we can sell him on and recover that money to put back into the team then i sell.
yeh, he may improve, but we need players who are going to add to the strength of the team, not need time to develop. you dont buy players for 10m+ to see if they will develop. im sure brendan splashed on him thinking he was a sure starter, which he clearly isnt.

Tidy finish that He's obviously a talented striker. However, he can only ever be effective through the middle IMO, and he's just not at that level to warrant a central striking role in our team unfortunately. I wouldn't even want him to be our back up striker to be honest, we'd need better for that, maybe third or fourth choice, but no more than that. If he's ok with that, then I am too
