        Needs some education

Lewis said: "My father was born in England and was a Everton fan since the age of five. He immediately infected me with the Everton virus! Since then I have been a Everton fan and have always followed their games."[14]

Holtby's father, Chris Holtby, is a former English soldier from Liverpool who was stationed at the Rheindahlen RAF base in Mönchengladbach.[13] Holtby's mother is German. Lewis, like his father is a fan of Everton F.C. and has said it would be a dream come true to play for them.

Holtby is known as 'Lucky Lewis', or more often just 'Lucky' by the German media and the fans.[15]

Supposed to have a year left on his contract. I didn't think he was a winger, more of an advanced midfielder. If true, then surely that would signal the end of Adam and either one of Cole or Aquilani.

Has bags of potential anyhow. This is the type of signing, like Borini, we should be making; looking for prospective gems. I can't believe how fans on other sites are criticising him. Snap him up.

No chance he will sign for us if he is an everton fan.

                Why?

Fowler, Rush, McManaman, Owen, Carragher...all signed for us as kids when that stuff all means a lot more than when you're a fully fledged adult pro. We've every chance I would've thought.

Exactly the type of player we should be looking at, someone who's about to make a name for himself.
Brandt - Keita - Van Dijk - Sessegnon
