The league cup was their best chance and they typically ballsed that one up good and proper.

Walcott is getting to that age now where he either stays long-term at Arsenal through his peak years or moves elsewhere. He has a huge and quite unenviable decision to make. Hopefully the Liverpool fan in him speaks loudest.

I'm thinking it is going to be a Walcott for Nani swap.

It'd be an odd one, he'd have to accept winning things but as a bit part player and I just don't see that about him, he really does look like all he wants to do is play regularly and not keep getting benched.

I'd be surprised if Wenger wanted Nani the fanny. don't think he's that stupid but

Walcott to United wouldn't surprise me in the slightest, it would be pretty annoying tbh as I think if he does leave Arsenal he'd be a good signing for us.

Plus he grew up as a big Liverpool fan, It would be strange for him to join United if he grew up hating them.

You'd bloody hope so or it completely washes all talk of him being a Liverpool fan right down the ****ter.

There a paragraph on it on his Wikipedia page.

                        A. That doesn't mean it's true.
                        B. It's one thing to say you're a Liverpool, it's a whole other thing to then go and play for United.

I dont subscribe to this thinking unfortunately. Players want to win things. I dont think it'll matter to him when he is lifting trophies. It might mean more to him if he did it with us. But that's about it.

                              It's Wilcott.
                              .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

It used to be that bosmans provided good value for money but look how we got shafted in the cole and milan jovanovic deals.

If we let walcott run his contract down I think he could be unaffordable in the summer or worse very bad value for money.
