I always had it in my head he was taking the place of someone better.Originally posted by little dave hedgehog View Posti wouldn't say i was happy about it, but i would also never say i resented it

As I have said before, I would never be horrible about a current player. But some of his performances really used to test that. Woeful and overpaid.
Mind you, at the time of signing, most thought it was a good deal if he performed.
*Except Michael, who died.

he seems like a nice bloke, and he was a beast at chelsea. but he was injury prone, and that's the main reason his career went downhill like a speed of light.
wish him good luck, i think playing for WHU is his level atm (not that lfc is currently at his best, but we all know what i am talking about
)
bye bye Joseph

I can just remember how excited I was when he signed... And how disappointed I've been with almost every game he's played since. This has possibly been the most anticlimactic signing I can remember us ever making (well, that or Morientes).
But good luck to him.A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

not that there's anything wrong with that just seems a bit much.
Same as Torres really. I don't get the bashing. Excluding Roy Hodgson of course.Are we winning?

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.
