Read on the official earlier that he felt a bit of a strain. Doesn't sound like he'll be out for too long.

I thought this was the transfer section? Got my hopes up you did!
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Getting rid of Maxi, Kuyt and seemingly Bellamy and Pacheco to keep Cole who is probably on more than all of them. Crazy.

I was willing to give Cole a chance this year, but last night reminded me that we will probably pay him a fortune to sit on his hole all year either on the bench or injured.

Albeit, my assumptions are based on rumour and Rodger’s mightn’t have had a say in Kuyt and Maxi, but I definitely would have gave Pacheco a chance last night.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Cole isn't great on the wing and in the friendlies, his best came when he operated in the central areas. Maybe he's being used there so he can work those little spaces, but I'm not sure on him yet.

A tight hammy apparently. Bless him.

Gutted. We'll really miss having an underperforming chain-smoker in our team!

Sell him. A shame because he seems like a nice fellow but he's not good enough.

We can't sell him. Nobody would pay his wages.

                          West Ham or QPR might.

Maybe, but I would be surprised if we haven't asked them already.

He felt a twinge in his back when he picked up his wallet
