I guess if theres one plus side to Torres playing decent again (if that happens) is they might stay away from this guy.

Hmmm, i doubt that very much, they are looking to rival the likes of Madrid and Barca, they have the cash to follow that dream, so imo they'll keep trying to sign the very best players, i could easily see Falcao fitting in at Chelsea with Torres there, Sturridge will be..er...elsewhere too.

But, after losing out on Van Persie, i can also see Citeh offering mad money to land Falcao, just depends on his preference if he wants to come to the prem.
