It's hard to say it but they are...the look **** on paper at times but I've noticed a few things watching them recently,

The seem to have a lot of pace on the pitch, not just pace but a real sharpnish and hunger too.

They work so hard to get virtually every man back making them hard to break down down, but when they break they always have options and seemed to pile forward

Virtually every player on the pitch defends well but also offer some threat going forward

All the players also are comfortable on the ball and when not on the ball none of them are static, always moving to find space

It's all basics, but they are very good at it

Can't decide if Utd are playing above my expectations or Real are playing below my expectations

United are an excellent side, they have balance and consistency. ****ers are durable and never give up.

Madrid have been scatty all season, if Ronaldo doesn't do it for them they struggle. Ozil and Di Maria have lots of talent but are very inconsistent. Ozil is so gifted but is very lazy, Di Maria certainly isn't lazy and does have talent, but i'd imagine he's incredibly frustrating to play with.

Hats off to De tea he was brilliant. Hopefully it was a once off
