Yeah i think so too, Hazard should have counted to 10 and thought about what to do before taking action.

But the way the lad dived on top of the ball as Hazard was about to pick it up was a wind up to say the least, i thank god Suarez wasn't put in that position, his will to win is just so intense the results wouldn't be nice at all.

There should also be guidance sent out by the FA to all clubs that use ball boys about what they should and shouldn't do. It was clearly premeditated.
