The ref is having an absolute mare. Di Santo told to leave the pitch to remove an ear ring and then he couldn't come on until the ball went dead five mins+ later. Crowd were going nuts. Farcical.

Blame is with him imo.

After an injury a player can be waved back on to the pitch, but after something like this, they have to wait for a break in play after being sent off to remove jewellery. I think.
