I like Sneijder but even if he cuts his wage demands to let's say 125k per week he'd still cost us 26m in wages on 4-year contract + 6m in transfer fee, which is very high and very risky for a player whose production has been on decline over last 2 and half years with Inter (7 goals and 7 assists in 38 games in '10, 5 goals and 6 assists in 29 games in '11 and 2 goals and 0 assists in 9 games in '12 season).

I just cannot see FSG ever go for a player like him.

The Most worrying stat is not the decline in the amount of goals or assists, its the decline in the number of matches he has played in the last 2 years.. He has been affected by injuries a lot in the last 2 seasons..
But if he can stay injury free and if has the desire to prove himself in Premier league, then its a risk worth taking

not at all true, we are the type of club who has spent big money, our front three borini, sturridge and suarez cost more than 40 mil and we have a 35million pound striker out on loan as well as roughly 45 mil in squad players (allen, downing, henderson). we spend big money but we haven't got good value for it.
