        Collymore saying now that in this day and age with players, London is 1st by a distance when choosing a club.

        Says he was over at Ajax, spoke to Bryan Roy about Eriksen, he said he was high on Liverpools radar, and they were very disappointed that they couldn't get a deal done, but when push came to shove it was playing/living in London that decided the issue.

        I'm sure Spurs 'project' will have had some influence on his decision, i mean he wouldn't have gone to Fulham i doubt, but when given a choice of clubs with similar ambition, a player will almost always choose the London club, and that he says; is what Eriksen did.

        No idea if what Collymore says is true, but maybe we did try hard to sign Eriksen after all?

          Just a shame he chose London. I'd have loved to have had him but I'm sure we'll do alright in January.
