Who actually cares how much we have spent. The argument continually crops up on the forum and quite frankly is ridiculous.

I couldn't give a flying toss how much we spend as long as the players that come in improve the team/squad.

That we are buying quality players for barely any net spend and getting rid of rubbish/unwanted players and taking their wages off the expenses column at the same time is damn good business.

Spending money doesn't necessarily equal quality.
