English non-league is in fine fettle. Look at this season's average attendances

Put in to perspective, it betters the Scottish Championship and the famous names from the Scottish 2nd Division like Stirling Albion, Forfar, Stenhousmuir get about 500 yet still feature before the National League on any classified results broadcast

I don't really follow non-league football (or much football other than LFC) but it's mad looking at all the teams there who used to be in football league and the fact that Oldham who were in the PL are now down there. But good to see that the attendances are so healthy

Mad isn't it. Went to Bromley vs York City last night, wasn't the best result as Bromley's keeper got himself sent off just before HT and they scored from the resulting penalty. Couple that with not having a sub keeper York average nearly 5000 a game!

Wrexham are the anomaly, sponsored by TikTok and loads of money

The national league is ridiculous. Notts County and Wrexham level on 100 points. County 4 games left Wrexham. Both scored 106 and Wrexham conceded 3 more goals

Not non league but perhaps the same level, watched shamrock rovers vs Shelbourne tonight in Dublin, Damien duff managing Shelbourne, decent second half but quality from both sides well and truly lacking.
