I mean, what ****ing sort of board gives a manager 12 league games to turn around a football club?

But if as has been hinted on here (and in some of the comments I've seen in the papers from people on the board) he had lost the dressing room wthen what chance did he have of turning it round long term?

In general it is far to quickly to judge a manager but it's not as if Charlton have a record of rash firings, so I suspect there must be something seriously wrong behind the scenes.
