I think it’s fine to appoint up and coming managers and coaches who have proven they can coach at some level within the system, I think these glamour player to manager moves rarely work.

The issue with Henry for me is that he displays few of the personality traits of a good manager. He strikes me as slightly aloof (ok, he is French) and doesn’t excuse the drive or focus you’d expect in a manager. Coach, maybe, manager no.

He may prove otherwise, but I doubt he will ever make it as a top manager.

Rafa won't leave Newcastle now. If he does, it will be next year.
                Are we winning?

Yeah, Rafa finally got some cash to spend.

He’s way too honourable a guy to jump ship from Newcastle mid season.

They're down and hopeless, and Ranieri clearly didn't have a clue what to do or who to pick.

There are two standout figures when you look at the entire league table:

                              1. Our 15 goals conceded
                              2. Fulham's 63 goals conceded.

The last time they conceded less than 2 goals in a game was Dec 29th!
