Didn't see it but BBC mentioned that Mertesacker and Ozil had a bit of a tiff after the whistle. Ozil in these type of games seems to be utterly superfluous so I'd imagine it was something related to that!

I read that Mertesacker wanted him to go over and thank the fans, Ozil just walked away.
