Oyston is just using the most provocative language he can to get a reaction and hurt someone. I wouldn't want the owners of our club to do it, so it my mind he isn't fit and proper.
The Fit and Proper test isn't worth a toss really is it? It doesnt speak to philosophy and moral standing though. Its all about financials, so if you can make the books look right you will walk it.
