Didn't the chairman of their FA basically say that hooliganism was an inevitable by product of Russian football.

Looks like they're paid on a season long retainer so imagine he'll either have to pay it back in full or partially or he doesn't get paid it formnot seeing the season out.

It does seems that way, not really sure though who the onus is on here is it the FA or the PL as it affects both of them but you'd think it harms the PL more

They have a hard on for the English fans and training hard for the World Cup already, I repeat what I said you'd want to be ****ing nuts to go to Russia for the World Cup. The Serbs or the Poles are the only ones who might match them
