Big name players he seems to allow to call the shots or that is how it appears from the outside.

Could be argued that his Southampton team worked and pressed harder than his Spurs team and his PSG team then pressed less than his Spurs team.
PSG also saw a fairly substanial drop in their win % from when he took over. The three guys before him all had win % between 73% and 76% and they all managed the club for more games than him. His win % was 65%.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.
