A guy whose reputation outweighs his end results imo.
Think he suits a smaller club with less pressure and less expectations.
Big name players he seems to allow to call the shots or that is how it appears from the outside.
Also for a guy who gets plaudits for getting all his teams tp play in a defined hard working pressing style, his ability to get teams playing in a "Pochettino" manner drops off when he goes to bigger clubs.
Could be argued that his Southampton team worked and pressed harder than his Spurs team and his PSG team then pressed less than his Spurs team.
PSG also saw a fairly substanial drop in their win % from when he took over. The three guys before him all had win % between 73% and 76% and they all managed the club for more games than him. His win % was 65%.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.
