Think he's done OK really. Very little money kicking about and he's preserved their premiership status. Had to play a lot of youngsters over the last 18 months. Not sure what their expectations are. Yeah sure they have a big ground and a decent history but they haven't been a big team for 30 years oh unless you count the season they finished second a while back.
