I didn't dispute that, but de Boer did a press conference not long after he left gloating about the inflated fee they got. Obviously they didn't want rid but thought the fee to be excessive.

He’s one of the great enigma’s of football, outside of Bilbao his recent ‘adventures’ have failed miserably. It will be mad to see what he can do in the championship playing Football against **** kickers.
