I don't believe all the owner not wanting to sell bollocks. Wtf is there to discuss if that's really true? It would have been off long ago. More likely he wants to look like he's doing all in his power to avoid a sale or there is a genuine lack of agreement about the payment. Not that this helps us figure anything out of course
