Looming is not FTW this time though. Forms I raised the bar considerably I'm happy to say.

Don't tell Bender. He still thinks it's Friday. Bless him.

I thinking being able to come on and impact a game regularly is a quality worth valuing. I'm not so sure about people wanting him to start this week when he offers a lot coming into a situation which is something we struggled with last season.

and if he starts.....that would probably mean a plan b for borini.....and I know which one I would prefer to be using an as an impact sub

For the price Lambert is good value - in the brief appearances he has had so far he has changed the flow of the game in our favour. Ok, he may not get many starts, but I think he knew this when he came, and will be happy to get whatever time he can.

                  Same here.

Good footballer to have for the amount of time he will be able to play.

We need players that would be willing to take more limited role in the squad and step in and make the difference when call upon and I think he is perfect for that.

He knew that by signing for us, he wouldn't be playing much but that he'd be playing for his boyhood club, which even in limited capacity was more important to him at point in his career than be a regular starter with Saints.

I think he'll be able to contribute more and provide much deeper impact once gets more comfortable in BR system and with his new teammates and when Lallana is back.

Do you reckon it's sunk in for him yet? Or he still wakes up every day like a kid at Christmas.

I'd love him to bag a couple tomorrow in Studge's absence.
