    TBF it's not the first piece John Oliver has done on Fifa. And it's not exactly supposed to be cutting edge investigative journalism, it's infotainment.

    This is all true, but i think for average people it's directly linked to a game they love watching and paying for, so i think that's where people's interest comes, and why they comment.

    A spokeswoman for Fifa said the $10m in bank transactions were authorised by the then-chairman of Fifa’s finance committee. That was Julio Grondona, who died in 2014.
