Tough to say isn't it now down to a straight fight of who's got the most votes ? Can't see many UEFA defecting to Ali but then you'd assume not many others will jump ship to him either no doubt too much to lose if Blatter goes.

Hopefully see a full on FEDs raid at the end and Blatter being carted off

Be interesting to see if many delegates see this as the chance to sink Blatter and the second round turns out to be pretty close.

There is a second round of votes, which is unexpected in a two horse race, Blatter clearly did not get the two thirds of the vote required. A straight run off in the second ballot.

UK assessing Fifa allegations

The UK's Serious Fraud Office (SFO) says it is actively assessing "material in its possession" relating to Fifa corruption allegations.
The US Justice Department (DOJ) has charged 14 people with racketeering, wire fraud and money laundering conspiracy.
And the SFO says it "has made plain that it stands ready to assist ongoing international criminal investigations".
It said its probe had been ongoing for months, before Wednesday's indictments.
The SFO said it was not willing to comment further on the nature of material in its possession or current activity in this area.
In November the SFO asked for anyone with information regarding alleged corruption in the bidding for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups to come forward.
However it will not now say of its current actions relate to either of the above tournaments.

What gets me is that Platini head of UEFA voted for QATAR to host the world cup in 2022...

Because France got 14b worth of deals with Qatar and their trade minister requested he vote for them.
