Croatia were a bit robbed last night, a draw was deserved IMO. A good first half, but a bit to tactical second.

Too be fair to Derkins. Football is incredibly subjective at times. I thought large parts of the game were boring. Especially when Brazil were not pressing at a high tempo.

Different strokes from different folks. Goals dont equal a good game though.

It was an intense game and a nervous one, and that made it quite good to me! Doesn't have to be fast paced for 90 minutes to be good just as well

I like a good tactical game, and thought this was one. Both teams set up well for the opposition, and that made it interesting. Ruined slightly by the penalty :/

Was a decent match I thought, about as good as you'd expect in an opener. Croatia made a game of it and were unlucky to lose which made it more interesting than Brazil steamrolling some team.

Also, as fortunate as Brazil were and as much as most of us were rooting for Croatia, the tournament loses a lot of its appeal when Brazil go out (much like with England) so them doing well is better for the neutral.

I don't know, I was struggling to get excited before it started and watching the farse last night has dampened my spirits further I think. International football is crap, the quality is meh and everyone who plays it is a cheating cunt while they're doing so.
