I'll be devastated if he does go to Arsenal. Top 4 is going to be very tough next year.

Chelsea and City are nailed on so that leaves two spots. Man United are spending big to get back in and will be much better this season. It will also be interesting to see how Pochettino does at Spurs. If Arsenal spend well too then I think this could be the toughest season ever to get in the top 4.

I agree Chelsea and City are nailed on but I'm personally not pessimistic about our chances of finishing at least 3rd (and possibly better) next season.

All the United signings will have to gell with their new team and that could take most of next season and into the following season to achieve.

With Arsenal it's still a mystery to me why Wenger never tried to sign a dominant, physical box-to-box midfielder to replace Patrick Vieira who left them in 2005.

Not doing that largely explains why the Gunners haven't won the league since the 2003-04 season.

With Liverpool it just feels like we've found a gem of a manager. With the squad he's building it would surprise me if we're not in the top 4 for years to come

So to me it's between United and Arsenal for 4th position next season. Liverpool will be fine.

He can't be picking footballing reasons if he choses Arsenal over Liverpool. Arsenal are the perennial also rans in the Champions League and are only in it to make up the numbers. They are the same in the League as their only target is the 4th place trophy.

It will be the overrated overpriced London factor.

We only just got back into the CL, we're not as big a draw as Arsenal are yet. Plus the London thing

If the player prefers Arsenal to Liverpool then he's a ****ing idiot. Arsenal are a big club, but so are Newcastle and Everton. If he wants to be part of something worthwhile then going to Arsenal is a stupid choice.
