Good price and good bit of business, I wonder if this will directly impact on whether Borini goes to Sunderland or not as he must realise he's now forth choice

Great signing, arguably the best value one of the summer so far imo.

Provides back up for Studge but i wouldn't be surprised to see him push for a starting spot wide of him either. so much depth in the forward areas.

I think Markovic will take more time to bed in than most expect, so having somebody with experience like Remy is aces.

I think most of us assume a 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 formation with Studge up top alone will be the norm but could Rodgers also be thinking about keeping the same system we used for the majority last year with two strikers up top.

                          -----------Studge-------Remy-----------

                          ------------------Sterling/coutinho-----------

                          ---------------------Gerrard-----------------

would also be really interesting to see.

I'm hoping that he's felt like a big fish in a small pond so far in his career, but will look on Liverpool differently.

Also, Liverpool will look on him differently, he wont be allowed to slack, when players that have won major trophies run around giving their all, he'll know what's expected, or he'll be told.

Yeah, this is virtually his last chance at making it at a big club. He's entering his prime -- it's now or never.

Sturridge is versatile enough to play on either side of a central striker but I can't see them playing together. Not regularly anyway.
                                Are we winning?
