Thats what the stat saysOriginally posted by Camble View Post296 mins pass in the box?!?!
If hes played as a lone striker and he happens to have the ball in the box he passes it once every 3 and a bit games
IE if he gets the ball in the box and is playing as a lone striker hes far more likely to shootBob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

just so long as one of them isnt marioOriginally posted by Jaco_Pastorious View PostShocking if accurate and just highlights the need to go with two up front
removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

i knowOriginally posted by Red_Polo View PostThe stats specifically compare to a front two which includes him.
its probably a safe bet that any two strikers would have better stats than any one individual based on those criteria.
out of desperation mario shots from outside the box so often, its then easier for a defence to deal with, no 2nd guy picking up the loose ball, etc...
even if it wasnt a 2nd striker we have been struggling to get other attacking midfielders and wingers into the box to support.
mario cant hold the ball, falls over far too easily and is just... whats the word... just too poo.removing all the weak links makes us stronger

Its not desperation though. He shoots when he has options on in front of him. When people have made 40 or 50 yd runs. Simply bad decision making.Originally posted by baitman View Posti know
