Don't know what he was thinking taking the job when he didn't know any spanish. or what those employing him were either.
You simply cannot manage in a country where you don't know the language imo. how are you supposed to communicate with the players? to understand who they are as people?
With foreigners who come to the premier league, most have at least a little bit of knowledge of english. The last one that didn't, Pepe Mel, bombed out miserably.
