I said a few months ago that this guy is one of the most talented managers in Germany. This is a fantastic article on how Tuchel has improved and transformed Dortmund (early days I know) since taking over Klopp.

So close to being bang on the money this.

Was reading back over everything and it seems a fairly decent view of his final season at Dortmund. I think it was just tactical fatigue, the league had sussed him out and coupled with bad form for players.



Tuchel seems to be getting them firing again and more like the team from 2 years ago. Bit of a stutter in the league recently but the little I have seen of them they are fun to watch.

Any German speakers know what Klopps vows are he makes the players take? Cant find them online.
