Maybe I was being sincere also.
Or maybe not

Bayern only took two players from them in recent seasons though. Granted they were two excellent players but as said earlier it is not as though Dortmund are lacking in financial clout when compared to the other Bundesliga teams save for Bayern.
The weird thing is that the Dortmund players that look sub par in the Bundesliga this season are the very same players that have been doing pretty well in the CL and the DFB cup this season.
Their league form is scarily bad though.

Sounds familar.Originally posted by kev776 View PostKloppy has no plan B, his tactics have been simple but effective, the other trainers have suused this out. They sit back and soak up Dortmund's pressure and counter attack them.removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Lewandowski and Gotze are big losses but that's been compounded by Reus and Gudogan being injured. Those 4 are massive players! We've seen how the loss of Suarez and Sturridge crippled us.
Whilst the new players are in a similar position to ours, no chance to come in and settle they are needed to make an impact immediately and that hasn't happened.
Added to that both Sahin and Kagawa will have taken massive knocks to there confidence basically having 2 years without football when they went from linchpins in a title winning side.
EDIT: But I agree Klopp needs to be more flexible, when its going fine it looks great but when times get tough you can just simply hope it will flip back without changing anything.Vive la France

Yeah, I wasn't just meaning about Bayern buying the Dortmund players though. They just can't compete with Bayern's spending power and ability to draw players.Originally posted by Jaco_Pastorious View PostBayern only took two players from them in recent seasons though. The players they did take from Dortmund seems to have ripped the heart and soul out of the club - its really compromised the Bundesliga as a competition. They're basically Celtic.

Its the same in every league, big clubs poach off the smaller ones. Difference in England is there's usually a few clubs with the resources.Originally posted by Daniel 7 View PostYeah, I wasn't just meaning about Bayern buying the Dortmund players though. I'm hoping Dortmund start to pick themselves up now a few players are coming back from injury.
Gundogan is getting back to full fitness, and Błaszczykowski (Kuba
) has just come back as well.
Reus will be back soon too, so the front five should all be available together for the first time in about a year.
