I'm not sure what I think his best position is, I remember saying when he was here that we should find a role for him and develop him in that role, but he was played in various different positions.
I still have a soft spot for him though and hope he does well, although I was expecting his move from Swansea to be to a bigger club than Newcastle, so I now tend to agree with whoever it was on here who said he'll probably have a career of moving to mid-low table PL teams every few years throughout his career.If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?Comment

Kramer is a very talented guy. Never rated Shelvey, decent passer and lovely strike of the ball to be fair to him but he's painfully slow, needs so much time on the ball & he's a bit of a wild card. Getting into the German midfield vs getting into the England midfield is a different kettle of fish.
If we wanted a CM/DM that excels in gegenpressing & also has physical stature and is technically excellent... Kramer would have been perfect.Comment
