They've won 96 points since April 2015 so it's not just a wonder season, it goes on a bit further than that. Amazing numbers for a squad like that.

Of course today's win brings them a bit closer to winning the title. Every point gained by them makes it that bit harder for them to be caught.
And Spurs dropping points does not really come into it. Spurs could win all their remaining games and still not catch Leicester. The only way Spurs can win it is if Leicester drop enough points. If Leicester don't drop enough points then it does not matter if Spurs win all their games.
Right now Leicester only need five points to win the title to stay ahead of Spurs assuming Spurs take all 12 available points. If Spurs draw any of their remaining games, then Leicester only need 3 points from their final games to win the title.Last edited by Doc_Piptorious; 24-04-16, 10:40 PM.I don't hate people. It was a massive win for them. There was a lot of pressure having dropped points last week and there was no guarantee that they could replaces Vardy's goals. It was obviously a fortunate opening goal, but that coming really helped settle the nerves as I think it could have been a much different game had they not got it.Originally posted by Paul12 View PostI really want them to do it, even though i will be as jealous as heel, but:

Things will be very interesting next weekend. If you were completely neutral you'd nearly want Spurs to win tonight to keep the pressure on. I'm not, so I hope WBA put 11 men behind the ball (well they'll do that anyway) and grind out a draw, basically ending Spurs chances tonight.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

As I am not a three year old, I knew all of that. My point was that to win even if Spurs drop no points means winning two of their last three games or winning one and drawing two and i don't think they will do that.Originally posted by Jaco_Pastorious View PostSpurs could win all their remaining games and still not catch Leicester. Which was pretty well my point.Originally posted by Jaco_Pastorious View PostIf Spurs draw any of their remaining games, then Leicester only need 3 points from their final games to win the title.
