The thought of Kasabian being happy, really pisses me off though.

I started to read that article and straight away thought this is by a spurs fan

I think it's brilliant for football, brilliant for Leicester and I really hope that get over the line.

Yes a part of me is a bit bitter, in that they will have won the league something we have failed to do for years and years, and it grates me that whenever we seem to be up their challenging. all the big teams are there or there abouts and playing well.....this season has just been mental, in effect Chelsea/united/us have not even featured in a title challenge and arsenal and city have been pretty poor - but credit to Leicester, they have stepped up and taken a remarkable opportunity to knick a league from the big 6 usual contenders.

and personally I think they have been the best team this season - they've worked hard, found a system that suits the players they have, they have great team spirit, high energy, with little bits of class sprinkled here and there.

The comment he makes about the recent game being hoof ball is irrelevant. At this stage of the season, when it's going to be unebelievable pressure and nerves - it's just about getting the job done, performances are second to that

      Good luck to them

I didn't think it was the hoofball he objected too, but the way that MOTD cut the highlights to make it appear as if Leicester were playing attractive, passing football?

didn't see MOTD and I'm struggling to remember the actual game itself - what I was trying to say though, this stage of the season it doesn't matter if Leicester stick 10 men across the goaline to cover the whole goal and just hoof it to vardy to try and knick a goal....that's all that matters know.

Plus we all know they're not barca, so he can't criticise them for it

What a bitter cunt! They have played some excellent football (perhaps not in that game) and scored some worldies to win matches.

Typical Spurs fan throwing stones, jeez why can't we just rejoice in something that has shaken the fundamentals of the game.

That any team can win the league like years before if you manage and sort your team to play as one.

They have played some drab football of late and it most certainly hasn't been excellent football. They started the season with free-flowing football combined with a never-say-die attitude and that saw them winning points towards the end of the game. Since Christmas, they've been resolute and not so easy on the eye.

Don't get me wrong, if we'd have done the same I would be claiming a defensive masterclass so kudos to them, however, it's the only thing that article has got right.

He still comes across as bitter. Their story isn't about the style of football though is it?

Yeah, I agree with that. They could have won every game 1-0 with a two yard tap in and it wouldn't detract from what they have achieved.

The fact that bookies - who are very rarely wrong - thought that Ferguson to win Strictly Come Dancing; the Loch Ness Monster to be discovered; Dean Gaffney to win a Best Actor Oscar and Elvis to be found alive were all more likely than Leicester winning the Premier League says it all.

I’ve been more impressed with how Ranieri tightened up at the back and started grinding out results than with their cavalier approach earlier in the season. It’s not nerves, or backs to the wall stuff (even if it’s playing out that way now), but he said about Christmas time that he was going to tighten up and control games more and that’s exactly what they have done.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Definitely. He's built a defence around Wes Morgan which instantly makes him a shoo-in for the manager of the decade award. He's done what every manager would do in that situation (and what Rodgers didn't) and they deserve all their plaudits. They have, however, been playing it in the corner flag from the minute they have a lead so I can understand some comments ... Is have the same double standards if Liverpool were involved and not looking at the situation dispassionately.
