As far as I can see the only source for this is a Hooligan Channel on YT. No news outlet appears to be reporting this despite it being at least an hour ago. I'll reserve judgement for the moment

Anything I've read seems to suggest that its the English fans being targeted by French scum and the police are only too willing to weigh in with tear gas. And this is from Irish Journos in Marseille who have no reason to dress **** up as well as English Journo's.
