Alex has come up with a stormer of an idea to streamline it: There will be three game weeks for all to take part in with gameweek one up shortly in time for Friday's kick off. We'll then cut the wheat from the chaff at the end of the group stages saying ta ra to the losers.

Having read the actual predcitions thread, there is more to this game than I thought, so probably best I give it a miss.

Sounds like a lot of work to calculate the scores and I'm not confident I'll make every deadline, so no point in me wasting anybody’s time.

Thanks for the suggestion, mate. The competition is still in its infancy so any suggestions on how we can make it easier to run, the better. So, thank you.

As we've tweaked the concept for tournament football, it's a pretty bespoke spreadsheet (i.e. it's complicated as ****) this time around but we'll certainly have a gander at that for the Last Man Standing we run in August.
