I think that in general the quality is better overall and the teams historically outside the "top 4" have narrowed the gap.

You can clearly see he is well onside when the ball is played. The camera wasnt even in line ffs where the linesman was.

These bull**** millimeter calls are nowhere near clear and obvious so let the linesman do their job ffs. And if the linesman gets a big call wrong where it is so clear the player is offside then fair enough VAR should over turn it. Not for these though.
