Thing is they generate nearly 800m euros a season so their spending limit is much higher than most. They can afford to drop 200m fairly easily.
It's harder for City to do so legitimately as their revenue isn't anywhere near that without their bull**** inflated sponsorships and hiding of player wages.Comment
