I’m worried about the safety of our fans in Bergamo for the Atalanta away leg. Their fans were involved in the trouble in Lisbon with Rangers and they were playing Sporting!Originally posted by ChesterDave View PostSaw that and very nearly posted about it. Bergamo is only an hour down the road from Milan and some may travel via Linate or Malpensa to get there which will increase their exposure to the Ultras.
It’s a real shame as Bergamo Alta, the old town, is a beautiful place to visit. Some excellent restaurants too.We are here for a good time not a long time....

To be fair, there's an arbitration that decides who a goal is awarded to based on whether it was going in despite any deflection, I think the same should be done here as long as the ball was going in, any deflection from an attacking player didn't prevent a block, and there wasn't any intent to play the ball.
With said rules that Zirkzee goal would have stood as it was clear he wasn't trying to play the ball, Zirkzee's deflection didn't prevent other defender from blocking the ball, and the ball was going in anyway.
But no such rule exists so

No. Let’s not make offside even more convoluted and subjective than it already is thanks. It was offside, nobody can have any genuine complaints.Originally posted by DerKrampus View PostTo be fair, there's an arbitration that decides who a goal is awarded to based on whether it was going in despite any deflection, I think the same should be done here as long as the ball was going in, any deflection from an attacking player didn't prevent a block, and there wasn't any intent to play the ball.
