Needs to be a foul. Contact doesn't always equal foul.
Something the likes of Sky Sports etc needs to understand.

Anyone who has played the game knows a situation like that isn't close to being a foul.
I'm 100% certain PL VAR would be looking for any contact to try and justify a pen, which would be incorrect......depending on the team of course, after a 4min delay or something.
