Yeah, i'm enjoying the tournament so far.

There's been some fantastic games, lots of goals and we're seeing the emergence of some good young players.

It pays its dividends now, but I think the earlier games suffered from a lack of intensity because of it. I think it's a net positive though.

Hardly any teams have been in a position to rest players in the final round. Only Italy really.

Then in the next round loads of the smaller countries will play out of their skins as the very fact they have a knockout tie is pretty much a free hit.

Both ITV and BBC today were covering England in the buildup to groups not involving England. Still maintain 2008 was my favourite tournie of my adult life as England didn't qualify and they could chirp on about them all the time.
