Thought Lampard spoke very well, it's not incompetance as he had all the time and all the angles to make a decision, that it seems very single person that watched it seen in a split second. What else can we call it? There is just no explaining it away and the fact there is zero accountability.. this **** just keeps on happening. A few hours of people pissing and moaning and then nothing. Inevitably they get away with making an unexplainable decision that has massive repercussions.
