Then again people thought City were going to destroy Real in the semi last year and that they would score three or four against Chelsea in the final a few years back.


City have form for snatching defeat from the jaws of victory in the CL, plus the lack of PL reffing does not help them either.

IF City get past Real, then in a once off game they could yet again fall victim to Pep over thinking things and changing formation from what was working prior to the game.

It's win win for me. If City get knocked out in the semis or get beat in the final I will have a chuckle. If they win in the final I don't really care as they are just a manufactured cheat mode club who have underperformed for years now by not having won it a few times already.


Certain clubs it does not matter what they win as their achievements are tainted in my eyes. City are one of those clubs.

Be worse if a genuine rival like Man U won the CL.
