Arsenal are unbeaten in 14 league games, a record under Arteta. And they are still well short.
They really are going to have to do something totally unprecedented in order to catch us.
Not to mention they still have to come to Anfield (2012 since they last won there). If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

And they have 2 days less recovery time compared to us against Spurs. I can see them fielding the reserves now though. At least we will know their result before we have to confirm the team.Originally posted by S-RED View Postthey have to go full strength at Newcastle wednesday too, another game in the legs
A cold night on Tyneside isn’t the Gooners favourite away trip. Plus Newcastle have already beaten them there this season in the league.
I know there is talk of Arsenal having an easier run in, but Newcastle, Bournemouth, Chelsea and even Fulham will be in the mix for European football.
I do worry about how hard Ev will go at us now under Moyes. We all know Pickford has form and he is an utter prick so I wouldn’t put it passed him.We are here for a good time not a long time....

xG isn't everything of course, but Understat had an xG of 1.53 (Ars) vs 0.74 (City) for the game yesterday, which suggests that it was a lot closer than the scoreline suggests
First 60 mins was pretty even for the most part, and I do think if City had stayed level for even 5-10 minutes, the game probably would have played out very differently
Maybe clutching at straws here but still a mountain for Arsenal to climb to catch up to us - their attacking problems haven't gone away, and they have almost no room for error
