    And the FA Cup.

Point is, the team were barely rotated and were successful as a result.
    Oh I don't know.

To be fair, there were large periods in the return leg where we dominated them, we could and should have won that game but for some poor finishing from our forwards.

They can afford mistakes and they buy again:

Muani - €95m flop, loan to Juve
Ramos - €65m…. not for us

Barcola and Doue - €100m worth of left wingers…. Let’s buy Kvicha…. It’s industrial scale cheating but great - they work hard and play good football

I feel sorry for Inter, two finals in 3 years vs City and PSG, the petro giants

Hated him as a player , didn’t like him that much as a manager but after what he’s been through he deserves it
Yeah you're not wrong, eventually you'll get it right when you have unlimited funds

That is a point that alot of people have forgotten, in the talk of them winning it for the first time and 'football winning' comments that I am hearing alot. They have spent a hell of alot of money to do this

A more clinical striker was what we missed perhaps the most

Yeah, the TV commentary was embarrassing, they have done it the right way, Doue from their academy bull****.... Forgetting they spent 10's of millions hoovering up child talents, 10's millions on an academy; 80mill dropped on Kvaratskhelia (yes i did google it) in Jan.

What amazing plucky underdogs they are..........

That said, amazing team to watch, but lets not brush over how they acheived it

We should all spare a thought for Mbappe who left PSG in the summer to win the CL at Real Madrid

Yeah, some of the praise is a bit OTT. Technically they are the best team in Europe, but they benefitted MASSIVELY from this new format and in no other version of European Cup would they have won it. In fact, I can't think of any other competition you could have a run of 4 games when you only pick up 1 point and go on to win it, be hard to even do it in a 38 game league.

After scraping through qualification when all teams are fresh, they stood out when teams with much smaller squads started tiring after Christmas (not helped by the extra CL games), not to mention, had other domestic competitions to worry about.

This new format could easily see PSG dominate Madrid style for a period of time.

If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Regarding their academy, they’ve probably got the best one in the world. They are the main catchment area in Paris and the players that have passed through there are really good. They could be what Barca used to be - 6/7 amazing home grown players and supplement them with a few top stars.

But, they tend to not give them the a chance and let them go, that might change under this sporting director.

Coman, Nkunku, Rabiot, Maignan, Simons in recent years but they’ve always produced top players. They’ve some huge prospects coming through again and we’ve been linked to Warren Zaire Emery who was on the bench tonight.

The biggest win for football was that the game last night was Rio Ferdinand's last on commentary, which is something we can all be thankful for.

Not much more to add other than despite favourable league and finances we nearly knocked them out, as did Villa.

They deserved to hear us over the two legs tbh, but….. if we scored early in the second game from one of the many chances then it could have been very different

I’m surprised Arsenal didn’t ****house past them with set pieces, PSG for all their technical prowess are still small lads so you should be able to hurt them with corners and frees

They had 18 shots on target to our 4 shots over the two legs. It felt like we were keeping the score down to me. Apart from a couple of spells, it felt like they were totally dominant.

Yeah, I'm not saying we deserved to beat them but we did take them to a penalty shootout.
