Seen so many England fans calling for Klopp, probably the same people who sing anti-German songs, slagged him off when he was here and said he was a failure as he only won 1 PL title...The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Pickford's first objective is to get the ball as far away from his goal as possible, ignoring the fact that it usually means we lose possession and it's coming right back at him. Stones on the other hand is a cultured player, playing in a team happy in possession so wants the ball to feet to carry up field. I doubt they are that matey as neither will want to adapt to the other.
Southgate is a weak character, always has been. I'd imagine that playing under him feels a massive step down from Klopp, Giardiola and even Pochettino. Man U and Everton players seem happy enough, which figures
Every game Southgate started with a few players who'd underperformed in the game before. The players he brought on got England out of the **** and next game they were dropped again for his favourites. How many of the older guard played under him as U21 coach? I don't know the timeline but I bet Kane, Walker and Trippier did.
Trent scares the life out of him, Southgate has no place in his side for such a dynamic player. Trent pisses on Walker, the only aspect he loses out on is pace and there's no real need for pace the way England set up defensively

They have had favourable draws in every tournament and a moment from an individual has got them through, they had 45 decent mins against the Dutch but other than that you struggle to think of a good performance against a decent team at a tournament.
The front 4 of Kane, Bellingham, Saka and Foden are quality players who have I think it was 114 goals between them last season but link up between them was almost non existent. They need to play to their strengths like they do at club level if they are to get the best out of them. If they can't play together there is Watkins, Cole-Palmer, Gordon etc bring one or more of those in and make a system that works. They aren’t short of quality players.
