Can you imagine that
These managers who are sacked every few years for huge payouts only to walk into another lucrative contract are hardly going to be motivated are they? Give them a 1/2 year deal with an extension granted upon competition of objectives or yearly reviews. That could hinder the development of younger players but clauses are easily inserted, if youth development is important to a club, why not allow for reduced immediate expectations if a manager is including players u21 regularly in their match day squads.
