That was a clear pen and great use of VAR.

Personally don't get the mental cases who would rather see a clear pen not awarded because the one VAR analysis per game takes 40 seconds and supposedly "breaks up the play" - just as much as any penatly or free kick, and nowhere not as much as an injury for example.

How was that a penalty? The attacker didn't fall until his trailing leg pushed back and caught the defender's.

I thought that was clear as day on the VAR replay, can't believe the referee fell for it.
